2. 20 minute call/coffee to get to know each other

I’ll ask you questions to understand what you want to change and what you want instead.  

This is our opportunity to get to know each other and be confident its a good match.

3. Agree on a session package and get booked

I’ll be able to give you an indication of how we might work together.

For most people, 6 sessions allows for significant change.  Content is always tailored to you.
