I support organisations through leadership coaching, development programmes and facilitated learning.
Developing leaders who are already delivering — but not yet operating at their full level.
Promoting strong performers makes sense. But expertise doesn’t automatically translate into effective leadership; especially as roles expand in complexity, visibility and scope. Leaders find themselves responsible for decisions, people and dynamics they were never fully prepared for. Many continue to perform but with more effort, more escalation, and less confidence than expected at that level.
Over time, organisations start to see the pattern:
- inconsistent leadership across teams
- over-reliance on HR for people issues
- delays in addressing performance or tension
- capable leaders not fully stepping into the role
This is rarely a recruitment issue. More often, it’s a development gap: leaders growing into roles faster than they’ve been supported to lead within them.
What changes when leaders step fully into the role
- decisions are made earlier and held
- conversations happen more directly
- teams have greater clarity and ownership
- less escalates unnecessarily
- leadership becomes more consistent across the organisation
How I work with organisations
I support leadership development through three routes: individual coaching, structured development, and programme delivery.
Coaching
- make clearer, more confident decisions
- handle people and performance issues directly
- strengthen leadership presence and credibility
- reduce over-reliance on escalation
- operate with greater clarity under pressure
Leader development
- performance and feedback conversations
- accountability and expectation setting
- navigating tension and organisational dynamics
- leadership style, identity and authority
- leading through others, not just delivering directly
Programme delivery
I work as an associate coach and facilitator within leadership development programmes, both in-house and through consultancies. This includes:
- coaching leaders within structured programmes
- facilitating group learning and action learning sets
- supporting cohorts as they develop leadership capability
- contributing to programme design and delivery
Comfortable working within established programme structures. Supportive while bringing enough challenge and credibility to engage experienced leaders.

If you’re developing leaders who are delivering, but not yet operating at their full level, I’d be happy to explore how coaching or leadership development could support.
I work directly with organisations and as an associate within larger programmes.
