One to one coaching

You are individual.  You deserve an individual approach.  That’s why I prefer to work with you one to one.

Covid has turned life upside down for many of us… in some ways for the better?  It means I can help you no matter where you are located, in the UK or beyond.

There’s not much that can’t be achieved via Zoom.  We create an environment that is just as comfortable, effective and playful as face to face.  After years of working and coaching by video, I have perfected the art of creating a warm, intimate and effective environment by camera.  

What happens next...

Step 1: Book a free call

It all starts here. Choose a phone or Zoom video call at a time that suits you. You’ll receive a confirmation email and reminder text.

Step 2: Are we a match?

It's important that you get to know me and have confidence that I understand and can help you. I want to get to know you. What you’re struggling with and what you want instead.

Step 3: Focus and timing

Your goals are unique. Typically 6 sessions will see you make significant progress against them. You choose the frequency based on how much progress you want to make and how quickly.

Step 4: Pay and start

I’ll send you an email with details of our first session. Plus a contract to outline our commitment to each other. I'll also send you a form to help you get clear on what you want to achieve.

Typical session plan

Every journey is different because we all have unique experiences and desires.  I tailor everything around you and what you want to change.  This is an example of the sort of things you might expect to cover over a course of six sessions.

  • If you had a magic wand what would you wish for? What would you wish away? I work to help you get that.
  • Balance your emotions: if you’ve had a tendency to react in anger, feel low, feel fearful or carry guilt, I take you through an ‘emotional spring clean’
  • Resolve any past relationships which are playing a negative role in your life – whether past or present. Relationships get easier.
  • Clear any beliefs you have about yourself that are stopping you.
  • Resolve internal conflict; where part of you wants one thing and another part doesn't. So you can be really clear on the right decision for you.
  • Bringing it all together by checking progress against our original list. A great time to get to know the new you!

What to expect...

Clear direction

Only you know what you want. Only you can set the direction. I help you refine exactly what you want, then use my expertise to help you get there.

Deep questions

The thinking you're already doing isn't helping you. I ask deep questions to engage the thinking underneath that and stimulate the creative part of your brain.

Visualisation

Your brain can't tell the difference between real life and vivid imagination. We can use this to get new perspectives and create new patterns of thought.

Spatial exercises

It can be good to get up and move around. Your brain understands movement and position as much as words and visuals to understand and change.

Quick progress

You will experience change after every session in how you think, what you notice and how you act. With significant change over six sessions.

Energy and fun

Not everything we work on will be fun. But, I'm a strong believer that a little humour and playfulness can go a long way to diffuse any negative emotions.
